Key Responsibilities: Junior Specialist (1-3 years' experience):
* Perform detailed quality reviews using client-provided quality checklists.
* Evaluate control statements and risk rationale statements for completeness and accuracy.
* Ensure adherence to objective measures and apply subjective analysis effectively.
* Identify discrepancies and flag concerns for further review.
* Maintain accurate documentation of review findings.
* Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and uphold quality standards.
Supervisor Specialist (4-6 years' experience):
* Oversee the quality review process, ensuring that team outputs align with client expectations.
* Conduct advanced reviews, providing guidance on complex subjective questions.
* Mentor and train junior specialists to maintain consistent quality standards.
* Consolidate findings and prepare comprehensive reports for presentation to client senior staff.
* Liaise with management to ensure smooth operation and address any escalated concerns.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills: For All Roles:

* Financial Services Experience
For Supervisory Roles:

Experience:
