We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in the Aerospace sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering and be proficient in reading engineering drawings and using MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
2. Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and staff to resolve production issues and maintain smooth operations.
3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through risk assessments and internal audits.
4. Manage production workflows and integrate systems to meet performance and budget targets.
5. Oversee tooling management and ensure accurate, up-to-date manufacturing documentation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a manufacturing engineer.
* Ideally worked within the Aerospace sector or a regulated industry such as Automotive, Marine, Medical, Defence etc.
* Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using MRP/ERP systems.
* Familiarity with electromechanical assembly.
* Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement.
* Experience with CI / Lean tools is preferred – Six Sigma, 8D, Fishbone, PFMEA, 5why, DMAIC.
* Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
