Job Description
I am currently seeking a Demolition Divisional Manager for work with a UK Contractor. Role will be based out of their head office in Kent.
The Role will include but not be limited to:
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the division
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to define divisional goals and KPIs
* Produce RAMs and SSOW
* Produce any required safety documentation for upcoming and planned projects
* Oversea the budget and financial performance of the division
* Manage and mentor the divisional team to ensure performance
The Ideal Candidate will have
* Previous experience as a Divisional Manager or similar
* Previous experience within Demo
* Knowledge of NEC ICC & JCT
* Degree within Engineering, Construction or similar
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
