Provide a safe, nurturing classroom and school environment that helps students to develop as learners.
Consistently plan, resource and deliver lessons that allow stimulating and enjoyable learning.
Supervison of teaching assistants within the classroom.
Use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets and determine appropriate intervention.
Manage behaviour, mark work and, talk to parents and, carers about their children's progress
With specialist teaching services, medical staff, counsellors and, psychologists. Requirements of an SEN Teacher:
Must have a QTS.
Experience within SEN.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and, colleagues.
