BLK BOX Fitness - Office Administrator

BLK BOX is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, play a key role in employee experience, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of our office. You'll be an ambassador for our brand and embodiment of our company values.
About The Role
What you'll do:
* Manage reception duties: This includes operating the security gate, welcoming visitors, processing sign-ins and arranging necessary PPE.
* Provide impeccable hospitality: Ensure a warm and professional experience for all visitors by offering refreshments (coffee, tea, water, biscuits) and maintaining a well-stocked coffee station.
* Maintain a thriving office environment: Keep the office clean, tidy, and organised, fostering a positive and productive workspace.
* Support new hires: Assist with the onboarding and induction process, including procuring and setting up laptops and other equipment.
* Manage internal merchandise: Oversee the ordering and distribution of branded merchandise like mugs and t-shirts.
* Promote employee engagement: Contribute to employee morale by being an active member of the Social Team and supporting CSR and charity initiatives.
* Travel and accommodation logistics: Arrange bookings for business travel and accommodations for employees as needed.
* Package handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, re-route packages left in reception within the company, and ensure efficient delivery.
* Coordinate facility maintenance: Organize periodic deep cleaning and maintenance of the gym space.
* Meeting support: Provide reminders on monthly meeting actions, prepare board papers, compile presentation decks, and ensure meeting readiness three days in advance.

Required Criteria
* You have a minimum 1 years experience working in an Office Administration role or similar position
* You are a highly organised individual with a meticulous attention to detail.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with all levels of staff and visitors.
* You are proactive and resourceful, readily taking initiative and finding solutions to problems.
* You are an outgoing team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* You are adaptable and flexible, able to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities
* You are passionate about fitness and the BLK BOX mission, believing in the positive impact we create.
* You are proficient in MS Office Suite and possess strong administrative skills
