We are recruiting a Management of Violence and Aggression Advisor to assist in the delivery of training within the service.
You will support the senior instructors and PTU manager in the planning, implementation and development of the Managing Aggression & Violence services.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish a rapport with learners.
2. Lead on and run practical training courses.
3. Support and adapt courses to learners’ needs.
4. Promote access to learning and achievements.
5. Promote anti-discriminatory practice.
6. Monitor and maintain healthy, safe and secure working environments.
7. Provide general advice during training sessions.
