Onboarding Account Manager

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Onboarding Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on the implementation of eCommerce and mail products, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients across the UK. As a key player, you will bridge the gap between the client and internal stakeholders, working closely with technical teams to design bespoke solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions. This may involve Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integrations, API interfaces, CSV uploads, or AWB screens.
2. Gain a thorough understanding of the client's processes, identifying where the company's integration fits (e.g., pre-picking, post-picking, pre-data cleansing, post-data cleansing).
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance product offerings, providing support to team members and broader business stakeholders.
4. Manage the onboarding process, including training clients on how to utilize the systems effectively, understanding their constraints, and developing solutions.
