Job Title: New Business Development Executive
Would you like to work for a leading IT & Telecoms provider within the South coast area?
This is a well renowned company, that have been trading for over 30 years, are currently on the hunt for a Junior Account Manager to join their growing team.
This company has a tight knit, family feel and will always look to promote internally first. Meaning there are plenty of opportunities for progression within this role.
The aim of this position is to eventually promote you to an Account Manager, where you will manage your own accounts and take over some of the director's!
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Skills/Must have:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Benefits:
Uncapped commission at 10% of the margin. This is for both 1 off payments and recurring payments.
