Our client, a leading organisation in the building services and facilities management sectors, are looking to bring on board a hands-on, campaign focused Group Marketing Manager to lead on the marketing function in this new stand-alone role. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week in their London office (1 day from home), working within a friendly, ambitious and successful organisation.
As Group Marketing Manager, you will be reporting into their supportive COO and will have lots of autonomy to develop the group's brand and marketing strategy, identifying customer needs as well as high-opportunity clients and forming marketing strategy around this to cross sell across the various businesses in the group. This role will give you fantastic variety across a wide range of marketing activities and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on this growing business.

What do I need?
* A strong track record of delivering brand strategy across multiple companies/brands in a group setting.
* Ability to work in partnership with multiple business types and internal departments.
* Experience of devising and launching successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
* Proven ability to generate ROI from Digital marketing activities.
* Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to build customer knowledge within multiple sectors.
* Around 5 + years in a lead marketing role.
