Job Title: Accounts Assistant (PART TIME!)
Location: Liverpool street!
Contract Type: 7 month Fixed Term Contract
- Start Date: November 25, 2024
- Contract Length: 7 months
- Working Pattern: Part Time, 2 days per week (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, two days a week (Mondays & Thursdays) in the office, or (Mondays & Wednesdays) with Wednesdays being a work-from-home day)
Salary: £15,743 - £16,642 per annum (Part-time) (£35,000 - £37,000 FTE)

As an Accounts Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a fixed-term contract for 7 months, starting on November 25, 2024. This is a part-time position, allowing you to work two days a week in the office and one day from home. Responsibilities:
As the Accounts Assistant/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing supplier invoices and maintaining monthly statements in the accounting system
2. Assisting with internal expense and business mileage claims, including spreadsheet management
3. Preparing supplier invoices and expense claims for payment
4. Resolving invoice queries in collaboration with the Procurement Manager
5. Processing company credit card receipts and statements
6. Undertaking ad-hoc administrative and office-based tasks
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
1. Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers
2. Previous experience in accounts or administration
3. Proficiency in relevant accounting software
4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
