Description Key Responsibilities: Prepare legal documents, letters, and correspondence as directed by the Employment team. Manage client files and ensure they are accurately maintained and up to date. Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates for fee earners. Draft and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards. Handle client queries and maintain excellent client relationships. Process and manage time recording and billing for fee earners. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure effective communication with clients and third parties. Support the team in various administrative tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Profile Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a law firm. Previous experience in Employment Law is beneficial but not required. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Offer Additional Information: The position offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office.
