Create and execute a strategic vision to maximize sales performance and achieve business objectives for our department store locations. Lead and manage a field-based team of Business Account Managers, Skin Therapists, and Retail activation and experience executives to ensure excellence in activations, customer service, training, merchandising, and operations.
The responsibilities of the National Account Manager…. Could this be you?
Sales and Profit Growth:
* Drive growth and success both in store and online.
* Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
* Manage budget and P&L.
* Collaborate with retail partners on growth strategies.
* Ensure adequate stock levels and champion team incentives.
Retail Partnerships:
* Build strong relationships with retail partners.
* Lead strategy meetings and create dynamic joint business plans.
* Negotiate deals and maximize ROI.
Brand Presence:
* Empower teams to deliver exceptional customer service and brand knowledge.
* Optimize online brand presence.
* Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital initiatives.
* Maintain high retail and visual merchandising standards.
* Empower generic staff in non-staffed doors to drive the brand confidently.
Team Development:
* Guide and mentor field team staff.
* Drive staff productivity and manage incentive structures.
* Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
Policy Adherence:
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Promote health and safety practices.
Education and Experience:
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Office 365, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in digital marketing and budgeting.
* Knowledge of Adaptive Insights and Power BI is desirable.
* Confident in budgeting and P&L management.
* 2-4 years retailer experience.
