Description
· Oversee preparation of sales forecast & present to SLT to ensure ops are aligned to achieve the forecast
· Prepare and review department costs with SLT, including headcount and forecasting future months costs
· Prepare and post month end stock reconciliation
· Support with month end process including trade accruals, contract maintenance/accrual and prepayment schedules
· Support with preparation of monthly accounts including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet & ensure reporting deadlines are met.
· Manage the import process including compliance checks & liaising with HMRC on queries
· Manage the IPR process including submitting BOD to HMRC on a quarterly basis
