Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement and manage in-store processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline inventory management, order processing, and staff scheduling.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and long-term strategic planning.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure the store meets all company standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage store budgets, including expenses, inventory costs, and labour hours.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising to maximize product exposure and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and events.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager in a reputable store.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Solid understanding of retail management practices, including sales analysis, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Technical proficiency with retail management software (POS systems, inventory management tools) and basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., automated inventory tracking, staff scheduling software).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
