Location: THE PIG - in the Cotswolds, Cirencester. OTE 13.10 - 13.44 per hour, including tronc. Hours: Part Time, 25 hours per week. We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team. Our bars at THE PIG's are unique We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team. As a Bartender you will be required support the day to day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to our guests. You will be required to maintain the bar, making sure it's clean and presentable at all times. A genuine interest in developing your beverage knowledge is essential along with the passion towards keeping up with current trends.
