Job Title: Children’s Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Service
Location: Northamptonshire
Rate: £34 per hour
A Children’s Social Worker is required to join Northamptonshire’s Children with Disabilities Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:
* Screening and assessing the needs of Disabled Children and Young People
* Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments and completing Reports on Disabled Children
* Carrying out Child Protection investigations with Police
* Completing Care Plans, some jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals
* Chairing Child in Need (CIN) /Core Group meetings
* Completing CIN/CP plans and Court Statements
* Managing a caseload under strict time-scales
Qualifications and Experiences:
* Hold a Social Work England registration
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
