What You'll Be Leading: As the SDR Team Lead at native, you'll be instrumental in shaping our outbound sales strategy and empowering your team to connect national and enterprise brands (think high street favorites, entertainment providers, professional services firms, and more) with our unique student audience. Your primary focus will be to build, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to consistently exceed targets and generate high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives. Here's what your key responsibilities will encompass: Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of SDRs, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Strategic Pipeline Management: Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies, ensuring a consistent and robust pipeline of qualified leads. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and coaching to maximise team productivity. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM management. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Account Executives and senior management to ensure seamless lead handovers and align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Sales Enablement: Provide ongoing training and resources to equip your team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on team performance and pipeline metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
