Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences in our Healthcare venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
* Overseeing menu planning and implementation
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
* Listening to customer feedback and implementing changes to consistently improve our food services
* Supporting the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts
* Representing Compass Group UK and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked
* Maintaining kitchen hygiene standards and adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef who holds a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification. You should have experience supervising a team, working in a similar Chef role, and hold a Food Hygiene certificate. A flexible approach to working is essential.
