As Nursery Manager you will have significant experience of working as part of a team, making a valuable contribution to the excellent teamwork already in place, in an outstanding nursery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a leadership team for our thriving nursery and EYFS department. Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure that the provision is of the highest quality; providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centered environment catering for the children’s educational and developmental needs.
* To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the nursery, including monitoring, evaluating and developing the provision.
* The Phase Leader is responsible for the provision across EYFS and you will lead the EYFS staff team, ensuring that they encapsulate the school's aims and ethos.
* You will be actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality learning through play within the classroom, be a key person and act as a role model for the nursery team.
* A conscientious, enthusiastic, and hard-working practitioner would be suited to this role.
* As Early Years Phase Leader, you will have a vision for the phase and its role in education, building on our tradition of excellence and forward-thinking practice. You will demonstrate commitment to the role and have a clear view for the future, instilling in others, nursery practitioners and pupils, a love for learning and an appreciation of its place in the school.
