Job summary Ward 1 on the Royal Bournemouth Hospital site of University Hospital Dorset is a 22 bedded Gastroenterology unit which looks after patients with a variety of different conditions. We have a diverse patient group ranging from teenagers to the elderly meaning that your day is always varied and interesting We are a close knit team who are looking for a dedicated and passionate registered nurse to join us. Exciting opportunities for nurses include: - A four bedded GI Bay providing high level care for patients with GI bleeding giving the opportunity to develop intensive nursing skills. - Using the CLIP method with student nurses. We have 4 students on shift 7 days a week and are following a different structure of student placement providing staff the opportunity to develop their teaching, coaching and educational competence. - A fun, friendly team who all have the same goal to provide high quality patient care.
