Are you an experienced Business Account Manager looking for a new challenge? We are looking to make contact with people in the Luton area.
We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of securing new business, ideally in the high-rise market (Construction). This is a technical and specification-based sales role so attention to detail and a methodical approach is essential.
Ideally, you will be familiar with looking at Scope of Works and Employers Requirements and ensuring tenders are fully compliant with the documents. You will continue to build the company's already successful relationships by presenting a professional sales ability and promoting the Company's high standard of products in new build homes on sites throughout the areas.
Being a self-motivated individual with strong, positive communication and coordination skills will definitely help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Securing new Contractors and developing long-term relationships to secure future schemes.
2. Finalising specification pretender, submitting all relevant information to the internal departments to arrange the design and quotations for pending schemes.
3. Presenting quotations and designs to Contractors post tender.
4. Organising site set up meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team when the sites go live.
5. Working closely with the team to ensure excellent client service.
6. Building relationships with key customers and growing accounts.
7. Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts.

We are looking to chat with individuals with previous experience of scheduling and managing plots, including check measures and readiness inspections.
Essential Experience:
1. An understanding of platforms such as A-Site and the importance of making sure drawings are at Status A before kitchens are called off.
2. Sales experience is desirable.
3. Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Architects, Site/Project Managers, Buyers, Senior Managers and Directors.
4. Previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
6. The drive and desire to build a career, succeeding in a customer-focused environment.
7. Diligence is key with an attention to detail to extract information from the tenders' packs to submit a compliant bid.
A full UK driving licence, as travel within the area and throughout the UK, when relevant, will be required. A relevant site H&S card (this can be included as part of the training). Standard expectations of high levels of customer service and strong time management at all times to work effectively to achieve departmental KPI targets.
