Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Extensive proven experience as a transformation manager, ideally within the digital retail product space cutting across customer operations In-depth knowledge of digital banking, retail product development, and emerging technologies and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting digital banking and retail products. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives. Comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes in the digital retail sector. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital retail products. Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to navigate organizational transitions. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex digital strategies and concepts. Analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital retail product transformations. Extensive experience specifically within the digital retail product space with an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business, technology, or a related field Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement disruptive technologies. Strong network and relationships within the digital banking and retail industry. Expertise in leveraging data analytics and insights for strategic decision-making.
