What You’ll Be Doing
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with our stockists, and expanding our UK presence. This role also offers opportunities to attend trade shows in the USA including California, Florida and Vegas.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, has strong organisational skills, and can manage multiple accounts with ease. You’ll be the link between Pineapple Island and our retailers, ensuring they have the best experience while helping us scale our reach.
* Manage and grow accounts – Build strong relationships with our existing stockists via booked visits and identify opportunities to expand our reach.
* Drive orders – Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails, ensuring our customers receive a seamless, professional, and friendly experience.
* Spot new opportunities – Upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers, helping to increase brand presence in stores.
* Representing – Representing Pineapple Island at UK trade shows, attracting new customers and servicing existing customers.
* Keep things running smoothly – Oversee the entire order cycle, managing expectations, making amendments, and chasing up orders when needed.
* Stay organised – Maintain accurate records and manage data efficiently within our digital portals and systems.
* Be a true Account Manager – Plan and execute forecast meetings with stockists, focusing on both sell-in and sell-out strategies.
* Know our products inside out – Develop extensive knowledge of our unique products to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
* Provide an exceptional experience – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, engaging, and aligned with our brand values.
Your Story
* You have at least 2-3 years of B2B Account Manager experience in retail, or a fast-growing lifestyle brand.
* You’re passionate about sales – bringing initiatives to life, smashing KPIs, and helping the business hit its overall targets.
* Experience representing products/brands at trade show events.
* Attention to detail is your thing – from qualifying customers and creating quotes to closing deals, organising meetings, executing orders, and managing expectations.
* You’re a natural relationship builder – you connect effortlessly with stockists, partners, and team members, making every interaction meaningful.
* You can sell a vision! Your communication and negotiation skills allow you to excite clients about our brand and products.
* You’re confident using digital systems and tools (experience with BrightPearl, Pepperi, or any retail operating system is a bonus – but full training is provided!).
* Your experience and passion matter more than any university degree!
* You have strong English and numeracy skills.
* A valid driving licence is required.
