We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator who will work within the Marketing Team, with responsibility for the development and creation of content for our various brands’ social media channels—primarily Instagram and TikTok—and in doing so, will grow their online presence, collaborate on our digital strategy, and monitor and report social metrics so we can enhance our performance.
The role covers both B2C and B2B content.

The role is partly remote, so requires a proactive and independent self-starter, with excellent communication skills to join our welcoming, small but efficient team.
Prior experience within the beauty / aesthetics industry is essential to hit the ground running and quickly establish direction for high-end industry leading brands.
The role Support the social media team with the planning, creation and development of innovative, targeted and engaging social media content, primarily across Instagram (Reels, Stories and Grid Posts), both in-house and on location.
Generate original multimedia content including visual design, infographics and video content as well as curating existing graphic assets to form a social schedule.
Advise on additional social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Report and analyse social media metrics to gain insights that will drive performance.
Ensure all content, both written and visual, adheres to messaging and follows brand guidelines.
Liaise with third party suppliers and agencies.
Work with the Marketing Team to direct influencers in producing content for targeted campaigns.
Attend B2B and B2C shows and events.
Maintain outbound and inbound community engagement Monitor trends to capitalise on opportunities.
Formulate engaging captions with relevant hashtags and keywords for posts to drive reach, and be responsible for the scheduling of all social media content using Sendible.
About you An expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CapCut, as well as social media scheduling tools.
Some experience of Premiere Pro or similar would be a bonus.
At least one year’s experience and portfolio, ideally within the beauty and/or aesthetics industry.
Ability to find creative solutions and ownership of all assigned tasks in an environment which demands excellence.
Meticulous eye for detail in copywriting and graphic design.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
A positive self-starting attitude with the ability to manage workload and adapt as needed.
Experience working with paid advertising on Meta/Instagram.
Strong time-management and organisational skills.
The role is Monday-Friday, 9am – 6pm with one hour for lunch.
The role is hybrid working, with two days onsite in W1, and three days remote working.
Salary is dependent on experience.
