Carpenter
Gillingham
Permanent – Full Time 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
Up to £33,000 per annum + company van and fuel card
This contract provides a 24-hour Housing repair service. This post offers the opportunity to participate in additional hours, which can potentially boost earnings by approximately £3k per annum, based on weekend work or call out if suitably skilled in other areas of construction. Participation is optional and not mandatory.
What we are looking for:
As a Carpenter you will be working in our tenanted properties, working alongside the local councils. Your tasks will include installing or repairing doors, windows, skirting boards, and much more. Key Criteria:
1. UK Full Driving licence
2. Previous on the job experience
3. Previous experience upvc repairs on windows and doors. And Multi point locks
4. Customer service experience
5. Provide own hand and Power tools
6. IT literate.
