We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join Aramark UK’s HR Shared Services team on a fixed term contract (12 months). We envisage this person coming into the Leeds office each day for the first few weeks to learn the ropes. After this period, the role will be hybrid, requiring 2 days / week in our (Leeds) office and the remaining days can be worked from home.

A day in the life of a HR Coordinator:
* Perform administrative functions to support team operations
* Handle onboarding processes efficiently and effectively including the Right to Work administration process
* Liaise with Line Managers and employees to address queries and updates
* Create positions and job requisitions in the HRIS system
* Facilitate hierarchy and organisational changes
* Respond to inbound calls and resolve queries through ServiceNow tickets
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and systems
* Support with team projects
* Support with ad-hoc admin requests
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
* At least one year’s experience as HR Coordinator within a similar commercial organisation
* Strong Excel skills, including macros
* Familiarity with differing processes across organisations
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time management skills
