Hours per week: 6 hours per week to be used flexibly, days and times to be discussed at interview.
Hourly pay rate: To be discussed at interview. Mileage will be paid at £0.45p per mile.
I am looking for someone to support me for 6 hours per week. I am a young lady living in Peacehaven with my supportive family. I have autism and OCD and can experience high levels of anxiety, and become easily overwhelmed. I am primarily looking for someone to help me in the kitchen, when making decisions and meals and support me/cooking tasks with gentle encouragement. I sometimes require support with shopping. I would benefit from support to access the community and I may need assistance in using public transport, or to be driven to an appointment on occasion. Duties include:
Shopping
Transportation
Companionship
Conversation / companionship
Accompanying meal preparation and eating
Support with decision making and anxiety
Candidate qualities:

Understanding of anxiety, OCD, mental health and neurodivergent struggles
