Role: Customer Service
Rate: £11.44 per hour
Location: Dodsworth
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours between 8-6 (flexible start time)
Start Date: asap
First Choice are actively recruiting a Customer Service representative to join our reputable client to support their Fulfilment team.
Training will be provided.
Key accountabilities:
1. Drawing drainage maps to a high standard for all Water Authorities.
2. Managing and maintaining the workload via Office 365.
3. Dealing with supplier and client queries via customer service support.
4. Keying intertrade orders onto the system.
5. Quality checking completed reports.
6. Ensuring maps received back from other offices are accurate and correct before including them in reports.
7. Ensuring correct costings are on Swift when invoicing for maps and/or reports.
8. Attending Yorkshire Water to copy and compile drainage maps to a high standard (if applicable).
9. Managing the panel of workload to required search agents.
For the role you will be able to demonstrate:
1. Drive to develop an in-depth knowledge of our suppliers, products, and services.
2. A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, working and communicating in a professional manner.
3. Good IT skills, able to learn new bespoke systems to a workable level.
4. Understanding of the varied tasks that are required specific to the supplier and product and how those tasks affect the workflow of a customer order.
5. Being process-driven, recognising and adhering to the required procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Ability to achieve the SLA’s and KPI’s set by the business, working as a team to achieve set targets.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
1. Administration experience with a high level of attention to detail.
2. Experience of dealing with and managing professional relationships with external clients (in person, via telephone calls, or email management).
3. Full UK Driving license.
