The Senior School is looking to appoint a full time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis for two terms. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to a pupils with an EHCP, primary needs ASD, ADHD, with associated speech and language difficulties and anxiety. You will be required to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of named pupils in Years 7 & 8, to enable them to make best use of the educational and social opportunities available to them. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed. Experience of supporting pupils with SEND is essential, and with ASD, ADHD and anxiety is desirable. Relevant qualifications and/or previous experience of working in a school environment is essential.
