* Contribute to multi-agency practices by conducting pre-birth and parenting assessments
* Focus on contextualized safeguarding for adolescents
About the Role: As part of a dedicated Family Help team, you'll actively participate in the transition to the Family Help model, which aligns with The Independent Review of Children's Social Care and the government's response paper 'Stable Homes, Built on Love'. You'll work collaboratively with children, young people, and their families, upholding and ensuring high standards are practiced and maintained.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in statutory social care practice
* Registration with Social Work England
* Current drivers' licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis
