Key Responsibilities:

* Build and expand partnerships with major UK supermarket chains, ensuring long-term success.
* Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and maximize market opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

* 40% field travel, inclusive of account visits and conferences.
Ideal Candidate:
* Significant experience in senior sales roles within FMCG or alternative protein sectors.
* Proven success managing and growing accounts with leading UK supermarket chains, such as Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons.
* Strong capability to negotiate strategically, build lasting client relationships when opening new accounts.
* Strong leadership abilities and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and sales data.

* Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
