Job summary We are looking for a caring, motivated, passionate Nurse preferaby with significant experience in General Practice to join our Nurse team for 30 hours per week. Main duties of the job Support the clinical team in the care of patients to include treatment, preventative care, screening and patient education. The post holder will provide care for the presenting patients, to include treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
