We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Lunchtime Supervisors to join our teams. Role Overview: As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our lunchtime sessions run smoothly, safely, and enjoyably for all students. You will oversee the children during their lunch period, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging healthy eating habits. Your experience working with primary school-aged children will help you create a supportive atmosphere where students feel valued and cared for. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and assist children during lunchtime, both in the dining area and on the playground. Promote positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students. Ensure that all children are eating their lunch safely and healthily. Encourage inclusive play and support children in developing social skills. Report any concerns regarding a child’s well-being or behaviour to the appropriate staff members. Help maintain a clean and tidy environment in the dining area and playground. Assist in the implementation of lunchtime activities and games. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience working with primary school-aged children (essential). A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
