Job Advert: Facilities Manager
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely.
Location: Inverness
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance and operational works across the facility.
Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Lead subcontractor management, ensuring high standards of service.
Oversee the hard services aspect of facilities management, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage Health & Safety compliance and initiatives across the site.
Use job management systems effectively to track and report work.
Conduct a range of audits, including quality, health and safety, and Food Standards Agency (FSA) compliance.
Support water management processes (experience in this area is beneficial but not essential).
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams.
Strong subcontractor management skills.
A recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as IOSH.
Proficiency in CAFM systems and auditing tools.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
A full UK driving licence.
