Business Development Executive (Field Based)
Salary: £25k - 28k with Commission. Earn up to £50K in your first year!
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Key Duties:
1. Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
2. Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
3. Make inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors of qualified prospective contacts to secure online meetings/presentations.
4. Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
5. Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.
Key Skills:
1. Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
2. Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
3. Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
4. The ability to work on your own initiative.
5. Customer service and rapport building skills.
6. 2 years of Field Sales experience and Face to Face sales experience.
