A company committed to leading the change to a more sustainable future is currently hiring a Service Advisor. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers by way of exceptional communication. The Service Advisor will:
1. Assist in maintaining a daily flow of quality job cards to Administration for costing/invoicing.
2. Raise job cards for each vehicle, ensuring that all required supporting documentation/checks have been completed and recorded.
3. Support and maintain customer service schedules, MOT and O License requirements.
4. Ensure Service / Inspection Documentation is correctly completed, and customer defect procedures adhered to.
5. Validate & update DMS marketing records for existing customers or create records for new customers.
The Service Advisor will have:
1. Technical awareness of motor vehicles, analytical and administrative skills.
2. Ability to use all appropriate modules of the DMS, particularly workshop loading and point of sale.
3. HGV environment/experience around cars.
4. Ability to monitor and maintain quality and productivity; works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way; consistently achieves project goals.
5. MS Office skills.
6. Can-do attitude, right mindset.
