From one-to-one support to day trips and fun activities, no two days are ever the same What does the role involve? Supporting individuals to build life skills and confidence Creating fun, social, and meaningful experiences Assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care Accompanying people to appointments and outings Being a friendly face and a positive presence in someone's life Keeping records up to date and reporting any safeguarding concerns What do you need? Previous experience supporting individuals with autism (especially non-verbal), OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders A positive, outgoing, and patient nature The ability to set healthy boundaries and build trust Passion for helping people achieve independence A valid driving license and access to a vehicle What's in it for YOU?
