Heygates are currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Secretary to the Joint Managing Director, to join them at their picturesque Headquarters on the outskirts of Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire. This is a very prestigious role supporting the diverse workload of the Joint Managing Director of a large family run business. Heygates – Executive Assistant/Secretary to the Joint Managing Director Duties and responsibilities: • Provide high level support to the Joint Managing Director • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and functions • Manage Purchase Orders and expenses • Manage and coordinate email boxes • Minute taking in meetings to support follow-up if required • Organising key operational meetings • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Joint Managing Director • Manage calendars, schedules, meeting, and travel arrangements • Schedule facilities and equipment The person: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/ Secretary to a Company Director • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills • Exceptional time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently • Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail • A proactive, adaptable team player with a keen eye for detail • Background in senior administrative or PA role • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities Benefits/ additional information: • Work for a successful & established company • Private medical insurance • 36.25 hours per week • 1hour 15min lunch break • Contributory pension • 24 days holiday public holidays • Free on-site parking This is a Warner Exclusive role which means it is retained with Warner Recruitment Ltd.
