Location: · Houston (Hybrid) What You Can Expect Perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process. · Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customers within the established SLAs · Escalate discrepancies to the Sales, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge of the Validation process What You’ll Bring · High School Diploma · 2-5 years of retail energy experience, experience dealing with sales staff and end use customers, preferably related to contract management · Intermediate to advanced navigation skills to use Microsoft Office products required. Primary daily use of Excel, Outlook. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime and heavy multi-tasking · Ability to recognize and make recommendation regarding new technology applications that result in some or all the following: · reduce process costs, · improve throughput, · improve company profitability, · and improve overall customer satisfaction. · Self-starter, Works well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy · Strong computer skills to enable navigation of multiple systems of record for research · Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
