MAIN PURPOSE:
To be responsible for the collection of all outstanding debt within prescribed timescales and ensuring the sales ledger is accurate and up to date.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Verifying accuracy of all sales information within the system
2. Liaising with sites to maintain accurate billing and credit control
3. Investigate and chase all outstanding debt on an ongoing basis
4. Maintain debt levels within prescribed targets
5. Investigate/reconcile individual accounts to resolve disputes
6. Deal with cash related queries from internal & external customers
7. Produce sales ledger reports as required
8. Any other associated sales ledger duties as required
9. Support with administrative duties within the finance team
10. Undertake any other reasonable duties falling within the role of Credit Controller as identified by the Accounts Receivable & Income Team Leader
11. Undertake any reasonable travelling requirements to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role
ABOUT YOU:
