Associate - Employment Law We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer with 1 years PQE who is looking for a varied role with clear career progression. The team operates on a fully flexible working basis, accommodating both full-time and part-time arrangements. Your Role As a key addition to the team, your responsibilities will include: Handling a varied caseload supporting a diverse range of private and public sector clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Collaborating closely with colleagues in the Belfast office as well as across multiple office locations. Your Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates with: A Qualified Solicitor with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
