Your role and responsibilities The duties will involve, but are not limited to: Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. Weighing pets. Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. Processing prescription requests. Taking payments. Promoting offers and services. Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked. Covering sites for annual leave and sickness Experience Required A minimum of 12 months experience dealing with customers in a customer-facing role. Previous veterinary experience is desirable but not essential.
