The role is a: 12 month FTC

What you'll do
* Provide proactive and solutions-focussed commercial and telecoms property legal advice.
* Deliver key elements of a significant strategic Networks delivery project within specific timelines.
* Draft and lead the negotiation of strategically important commercial contracts relating to network projects and network sharing arrangements.
* Act as a senior legal point of contact and provide pragmatic legal advice and guidance to Networks.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
* Manage the relationship between external solicitors and Vodafone in relation to strategic networks projects.
* Work with the General Counsel, Head of Legal and Legal Leadership team to deliver team objectives.
Who you are
* Experienced commercial lawyer with sound judgment and commercial acumen.
* Excellent drafting skills and ability to structure and draft complex commercial and telecoms property documents.
* Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence business strategy and key stakeholders.
* Proven ability to operate efficiently with limited supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
* Qualified lawyer with approximately 8 or more years of post-qualification experience.
* Able to deal with highly complex and high-risk legal and commercial issues.
* Excellent level of commercial judgement and consultancy skills.
