Apprenticeship & Administrative Assistant – Vehicle Procurement
Location: Thurmaston, Leicester (Near the Porsche Garage)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Minimum wage (in accordance with age)

About Us
We are a well-established vehicle procurement company specialising in sourcing and supplying cars. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprenticeship & Administrative Assistant to support our procurement and sales operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct online research to identify potential vehicle stock
* Maintain and update inventory records in an organised and structured manner
* Upload vehicle stock details to internal portals and external platforms (AutoTrader etc.)
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and industry contacts professionally
* Negotiate pricing with dealerships over the phone
* Provide administrative support to the sales and parts departments, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries
* Organise meetings and manage travel arrangements for office personnel
* Handle incoming mail, ensuring timely distribution
* Set up and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for record-keeping
* Track and maintain sales and performance records
