You'll be joining a fantastic training provider in Birmingham, delivering Business Admin and Warehousing Level 2 qualifications. It's a supportive and friendly place to work, and many people we've placed here have really thrived in their careers. You'll be working with a mix of employed and unemployed learners, mainly delivering training on-site at their Digbeth office.
What you'll be doing:
1. Delivering engaging training sessions that keep learners motivated.
2. Teaching vocational qualifications and employability skills.
3. Assigning and assessing learner work, with helpful and timely feedback.
4. Keeping on top of paperwork and responding quickly to IQA feedback.
5. Creating lesson plans and schemes of work that bring learning to life.
What you'll need:
1. A teaching qualification (PTLLS or AET Level 3 as a minimum).
2. An assessor award.
3. Experience delivering Business Admin and Warehousing Level 2 qualifications.
