Housing Manager : Part Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Manager to join our Scotland Housing team. Working as a Housing Manager for a busy Housing Management team responsible for key Housing management activities including lettings, income management, antisocial behaviour, estate management and tenancy management.
The role of Housing Manager will include:
:
Liaising daily with Head of Housing and the team on all aspects of housing management
:
Liaising with our Customer Service Centre and all other centrally based Group administration teams
:
Communicating with our other housing teams across Scotland.

Building working relationships with all local authorities where our stock is based
:
Line management of the housing team. Accountable to Head of Housing
Skills and experiences:
:
Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification (or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level)
:
Housing Management experience including lettings, income management, antisocial behaviour, estate management, and tenancy management
:
Experience of managing projects with strong management skills
:
Experience of leading a team and working with internal and external stakeholders
:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
:
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice
:
Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

The full time equivalent salary for this role is GBP 49,357 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to GBP 51,955 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
