We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to help cover a particularly busy period of hiring. You'll be supporting with high volume recruitment, working closely with Hiring Managers and engaging with potential candidates. You will have the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week, dependent on business needs. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure talent pools for specific business areas and roles Partner with stakeholders to determine selection criteria for roles and create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements Assisting with lead generation activities to attract passive candidates, participating in Social Media campaigns to raise awareness of our vacancies Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates Organise and conduct interviews, screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Initiate and coordinate right to work checks and background checks for new starters, ensuring compliance and timely onboarding.
