We are recruiting a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to support our business in expanding and gaining new customer base (50% of the time based in the office + 50% visiting sites). This role is essential in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate background would be from corporate or hospitality sector who possess a blend of sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and outstanding target achievement record. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Type of contract: One full time position or two part positions
Main Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits and market research.
2. Achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Negotiate contracts, conduct sales presentations and close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets.
4. Manage your time efficiently to maximise productivity while on the road and site visits.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate should have
1. Proven experience in driving sales and good IT skills including Excel and Word.
2. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
3. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive results through negotiation and relationship-building skills.
5. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
