The Role Description: Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, Tatcha UK We have an exciting opportunity to hire an ambitious, passionate, and driven Assistant Trade Marketing Manager for Tatcha in the UK. In this role you will report into the Senior Marketing Manager UK & EU and work alongside the UK National Account Executive, developing holistic and integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer experience, retail sales results, and category objectives within our retail partners with a focus on maximum ROI. Each day at Tatcha is different with new challenges to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is a snapshot of things you will work on. RETAIL MARKETING • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager UK/EU on 360 UK Trade Plans and Retail Marketing Calendar. • Drive visibility across UK retail channel levers in turn driving awareness, acquisition and sales. Inclusive of retailer.com levers, animations, events, digital marketing and COOP. • Support on determining in-store and .com assortments across channels and fixture types/visual merchandising/Product Pages with strong conversion levers based on ongoing merchandising analysis, performance metrics, and competitive environment. • Build and present strong briefs to all cross-functional Global partners. Ensure seamless execution and recap performance. • Adapt brand materials for channel-specific needs in-store and online. Help brief, develop, and distribute brand content (including animations, marketing comps, copy, content, promos, samples, gratis). • Collect & analyse reports for retailer-specific programs and make recommendations based on data. Analyse program performance to deliver both quantitative and qualitative feedback and recommend actions. • Develop and manage retailer execution of sampling programs. • Prepare retailer presentations as needed and drive ongoing marketing touch-base agendas. • Conduct regular market analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape and retailer performance. • Consistently deliver omnichannel excellence through forward-thinking, disruptive, innovative marketing campaigns from concept through to execution. BUDGET MANAGEMENT • Track spending and COOP to budget, review and process all invoices, provide ad hoc analysis, assist with reconciliation.
