Our client anaward winning and rapidly growing property business and one of themarket leaders who specialise in the Build to Rent market isseeking a dynamic and proactive candidate to join PropertyManagement team as a Territory Managerand be part of our residential team located around SuttonColdfield
Ideally to be considered for the role of Territory Manager we arelooking for someone who has previous experience within Residential Lettings ora Property Manager rolebut will also considerexceptional individuals with less experience providing they retainexcellent communication skills both face to face and via the phoneas well as being professional and confident
KeyResponsibilities:
* Working from a diary of prebooked viewingappointments and conducting property viewings at properties withinyour portfolio.
* Following up for viewing feedback and puttingoffers forward to the asset managementteam.
* Liasing withthe onboarding team in regard to referencing and ensuring thatprospective tenants provide the necessaryinformation
* Preparation of Inventories that document thecondition of a property prior to commencement of atenancy.
* Meeting newtenants at the property and conducting a move in showing themaround their new home and handing over any keys andinformation.
* Revisiting the properties midway through anactive tenancy to check on the condition produce a brief report andthen dispatch this to the property manager.
* Discussing with the tenants in occupation anymaintenancebased issues that may be evident. Where relevantliaising with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance issuesare being looked after and dealt withprior to new tenants takingoccupation or in occupation.
* Postappointment admin that includes chasingfeedback agreeing deals typing up reports updating software andsending out relevant information while working with propertymanagers.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previousexperience in property or lettings and management is beneficial.
* Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitaskand work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
* Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and confident with technology
* A positive and candoattitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Industryqualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferredbut not essential.
